"Broken Jabra Elite 65t headphones"
My Jabra Elite 65t headphones broke after about 15 months, which I was unhappy about as they cost quite a lot of money. I wasn't sure whether I'd get a replacement under warranty, as I know it depends on the type of damage and on the headphones. However, Jabra have been fantastic - I emailed them and they replied really quickly, giving instructions on how to post the headphones back to them. Then their warranty team examined them and determined that they could replace them and my new headphones are on their way to me. Not great that the headphones seem to break after a short period of time, but the customer service is very good and I'm really pleased I contacted them.
